All I need is more quality time in the kitchen.&lt;br /&gt;I must say it was mighty difficult rolling that piece of sponge. &lt;br /&gt;How do I roll a perfect swiss roll? &lt;br /&gt;I will get back to you on that. I will seek some professional help.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Until I return to mum's kitchen, I post what I ate after dinner today.
